Transformation occurs at the growths edge; which simply means that our biggest changes occur often through our most painful moments. The times where we can choose to step back into safety, but instead opt to step forward into discomfort and growth. Through rediscovering the parts of ourselves that have sometimes been shut down through messaging of our outer world, we regain connection to our true selves. Our work in this space draws on a co-created space of safety, authentic connection and deepening awareness of themes that show up in our relationships with others. It moves us away from broad categorisations and simplifications of human experience and serves to allow vitality and growth within a supportive environment.
