About the Work

My approach is relational and my training is rooted in gestalt psychotherapy and somatic experiences to support your journey of deeper awareness; of the patterns you experience with others and the relationship you have developed with yourself.

I focus on providing a safe space where you can be met with kindness, empathy and a commitment to the process of deeper understanding of self through relationship.

Through the process of co-creation, we will begin to gain further awareness in order to make meaning of your experience in new ways, that support a continuing journey of growth.

About Me

I came to this work through my own journey

of personal pain and subsequent healing.

I appreciate the difficulties that have to be navigated in the world, as we find our place and ultimately find our authentic self.

I have over 20 years of experience working in the community sector in a wide range of roles, programs and organisations, many of these in a therapeutic community setting.

I have specific experience working with mental health, alcohol and other drugs, family and domestic violence victims and perpetrators, and individuals with complex trauma backgrounds.

I am a clinical member of PACFA and ACA and a member of the

College of Supervisors with ACA.

I am also a qualified

BreathWork Facilitator.
