Service Description

Breathwork is an umbrella term for different types of breathing exercises and techniques. During breathwork, you consciously change your breathing pattern in order to move into a space that unearths a different level of consciousness. For thousands of years, people have used different techniques of breathing to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Breathwork has been proven to increase focus, sleep and feelings of calm. It has also been shown to reduce fatigue, anxiety and depression. One on one sessions can support somatic movement of stuck parts that are often not achieved through a talk therapy.
